Why Saudi is different

The largestcommunity abroad.

Saudi Arabia hosts the biggest Pakistani population of any country, spread from Riyadh and Jeddah to Dammam and Al Khobar — and it is one of the largest remittance sources into Pakistan. For many families, property in Lahore is the specific reason those remittances are being saved in the first place.

Pakistan sits two hours ahead of the Kingdom, so our working days overlap comfortably. What we hear most often from clients here is not a question about price — it is a question about trust: how do you know the plot is real? That is precisely the part we take off your hands, with written LDA-approval verification before any money moves.

How payment works

Token online, balance at transfer

You send token money online to secure the property — to our account or the owner's. The balance is paid in person when you travel for the transfer, so your money stays with you until the property is signed over.

Power of Attorney from Saudi Arabia

Iqama, andwitnesses in person

The rules here are stricter than in most markets, and worth knowing before you make the trip to the mission. The Pakistan Embassy in Saudi Arabia attests the signatures of Pakistani nationals holding a valid CNIC, NICOP or passport together with a valid Saudi Iqama — and for a Power of Attorney, the physical presence of witnesses is mandatory. Turning up without them is the most common reason a POA is refused.

Attestation is handled by the Embassy of Pakistan in Riyadh or the Consulate General in Jeddah. Pakistan's automated online Power of Attorney — NADRA verification, a fee of around USD 36 per document, and an online interview — is also available and can spare you the queue. We prepare the wording and tell you exactly who needs to be in the room.

Frequently asked

Investing from Saudi Arabia — your questions, answered.

Practical, citable answers for Pakistanis in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia buying verified property in Lahore.

Can I choose and secure a Lahore property from Saudi Arabia?

Yes. We shortlist verified, LDA-approved options, confirm their legal standing and send real video walkthroughs, so you can decide from Riyadh, Jeddah or Dammam. You secure the property by sending token money online. The transfer itself is completed in person in Lahore, where you pay the remaining balance.

What do I need for a Power of Attorney at the Pakistan Embassy in Saudi Arabia?

You will generally need a valid CNIC, NICOP or Pakistani passport together with a valid Saudi Iqama — and for a Power of Attorney, the physical presence of witnesses is mandatory. Pakistan's online Power of Attorney route (NADRA verification, around USD 36, online interview) is an alternative. We confirm the current requirements before you go.

How do I pay for a Lahore property from Saudi Arabia?

In two stages. You send the token money online — either to HS Estate's account or directly to the owner's account — which secures the property. The remaining balance is paid in person at the time of transfer, when you travel to Pakistan to complete it. Your money is not sitting with anyone for months before you see the property signed over.

What time can I call HS Estate from Riyadh?

Pakistan is two hours ahead of Saudi Arabia. We are open Saturday to Thursday, 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM Pakistan time — 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM in Riyadh — and closed on Fridays.

Is Lahore property a good investment for Pakistanis working in Saudi Arabia?

It can be, if it is bought properly. Established, LDA-approved societies such as Bahria Town and Lake City have a long record of holding value, which suits savings being converted into a long-term family asset. HS Estate gives an honest, society-by-society assessment and never promises fixed returns.
