Four properties bought through HS Estate — one plot in Fazaia Housing Scheme, two in Bahria Town Lahore, and my own home in Bahria.
The first time I met Khurram, he stopped me from investing in a property that had a dispute on it. He lost a sale that day and earned a client for years. Since then it's been honest pricing, proper file verification, and he handles the transfer himself.
Best place to go if you're buying a plot or home in Bahria Town or Fazaia Housing and want someone who'll tell you when not to buy.
